Trevor Noah is a comedic genius. Did not disappoint - his delivery was spot on. He kept the audience laughing through out the entire show. So glad to get to see him.

TREVOR KEEPS HIS COOL....
Near the end of his show on March 23rd at the Paramount in Seattle, an audience member had a medical emergency right in front of him. Trevor quickly noticed and calmly asked if there was a doctor in the house....not one but many rushed in to help and the gentleman was tended to and helped to the lobby. Mr. Noah then wrapped up his act with some heartfelt comments and a joke about "only in Seattle do you ask for a doctor and get 10!!"

TERRIFIC, BUT MISSED AUDIENCE INTERACTION
Trevor Noah was very clever and funny as in his videos and on television. We had front row seats, and he looked great - right down to his pink shoelaces. He makes eye contact with his audience - truly seems to appreciate us. He talked a great deal about his tour of Germany and of France - astute and witty remarks. I read in other reviews that he did a great deal of taking questions and interacting with the audience. He did none of that at our show - I would have enjoyed that - maybe next time!
We very much enjoyed his opening act who was very funny and did interact with the audience. When he found out that we had been married for fifty years, he made us feel very special! It was a terrific evening with the entertainers.
The ushers and the lady in charge the night that we attended needed to remember that we paid premium prices for our tickets and deserved to be treated politely. I hope that Trevor Noah plays a different venue next time he is in Chicago. I will definitely see him again, but would prefer not to return to this theater.

WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY
Trevor Noah is a great storyteller and has a keen way to bring the story to you in full circle while making you laugh the entire time. Would definitely recommend seeing him if you have an opportunity. One star was deducted for the camera person who could not follow him without shaking the camera. I had to watch the image projected from the camera view as my seat was in the balcony, so this was a bit nerve racking.

DIDN'T START ON TIME
Trevor Noah is one funny, funny guy. But even his opening act didn't start till 8:30. Anyone who has been to Red Rocks knows the seats are hard, it was windy, cool to cold and not a place to be in early May even with hat
gloves, winter coat, lap blanket hand warmers any longer than need be. Fantastic show when he finally got on stage. Other than the waiting, enjoyed every bit of it.

GOOD, BUT NOT AS GOOD AS I HOPED
I saw him at the Beacon Theater and thought he played it pretty safe. Interesting and fun observations from his tour outside the US, but standard standup themes (the French don’t want to work). Nothing at all about politics or current events. Still think he’s a great talent.

ENJOYABLE, BUT NOT.
I would describe it as tame, and yes I would bring my 70 year old grandmother along, but it was boring for us. I really appreciate Trevor’s talent, but it seemed toned down from what I was expecting. Too shy. I really did not like having our iwatch and iPhone locked up for 2 hours. Either Trevor is an Alpha A++ personality or doesn’t care about his audience and our responsibilities. I would never go watch a live performance again when communications are locked up in a bag. I’ll watching him on TV, but never again live.
